As Nicci French fans we couldn’t have been more disappointed
The story was really terrible and the narrator was truly truly bad!
We listen to 2 audiobooks per month and not all audiobooks can be great but we have NEVER heard such agonising, irritating, toe curling, over dramatised (should we carry on) rubbish in our 6 years of listening.
We listened to all or Nikki Frenches available audio books and loved and enjoyed them all except this one
( we will memorise the name of this narrator and put her in our black list aka DO NOT EVER LISTEN YO ANY OF HER WORK AGAIN)
We are so disappointed - we have always been huge Nikki French fans and have been looking forward to this new book for a while.
