About this listen

This book explores the human heart in the absence of God. It operates from the premise that God exists and explores the relationship between God and the human condition. It contends that life has purpose and examines various paradigms or ways of being and ways of living.

The author asserts the benefits of actively embracing a particular paradigm so that one’s life can take on a concrete purpose. In other words, the author argues that life is more fulfilling when actively living in accordance with a particular philosophy or way of living paradigm, rather than living in apathetic indifference. No human life is insignificant. The choices that each person makes has definite results on the trajectory of the human destiny.

The author examines various paradigms to include: Materialism, Atheism, Polytheism, Deism, Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism and Christianity. The author also examines innate human potential paradigms such as Theosis and Enlightenment. This book is about Jesus Christ.

Incredible analysis of religions and philosophies!

There is so much to unpack in this 3.5 hour audiobook. The author provides an incredibly well-written analysis of man's quest for satisfaction, which all too often goes unfulfilled. The author successfully debunks atheism and post-modern moral relativism, and successfully demonstrates that true human fulfillment can only be achieved through communion with God and His divine energies. Outstanding!

Perspective... Hmmmm...

I found the author's perspective very interesting, well thought out and articulately explained. I enjoyed this book and do recommend it.

It did bring my mind back to thoughts and questions I have been thinking about through out my life (still thinking).
We all view our personal life from our own perspective, and as we move through our life, it is that lens that is the very foundation of our "is/of" awareness. This awareness is always changing and growing as we live out our lives.
Because of my own "lens", I found, some of my own views and thoughts, I have come to other perspectives. I do not use the "word" or even to apply that I have come to a conclusion regarding my own religious faith.
For myself, understanding that faith in itself can be a door that can be opened. And once opened, some questions maybe answered.

I am very glad I was given the opportunity to see this subject from different, well informed mind.
It has given a lot to think about.
I do recommend this book.
