Loving Douglas Hoover after reading The North Woods. What a gift to book lovers!
This book did not disappoint in any way except the monotone delivery of narrator did not give the author his due. Nonetheless, I’d recommend it highly.

Worst part was the whistling “S” in the narrator’s voice, and the audio almost sounded like it was recorded from a transistor radio… kinda liked it after a few chapters, giving that feel of an old story.
Good book, second i’ve heard from Hoover.
