Factual Book Will Provide Rudimentary Knowledge

Following accounts of American Indian wars is an incoherent combination of stories without any solid analysis of the underlying dynamics at work; this audible is one of the few I have seen that provides a fine analysis in a concise and interesting way.

Very interesting and some how sad.

Great audible really enjoyed listening to it although it tries to give a balanced overview of the conflict between the Whiteman and the Indians there is no getting around what the Whiteman did to the Indians continually seizing more and more land which drive to more friction.

I'm glad this is still available

This is an informative look at the line of native Americans from the earliest communications on the Atlantic coast to their being driven off their lands by Europeans across the state to the West coast.
This may be a progressive view as one reviewer suggests but its what appeared.

Summary history of the Indian wars

This is a great starting place for any listener.
Many of the events and personalities feel a bit out of context, but to add the detail and background to achieve that would expect multiple books.

Decent quick review.

One of the two most poignant circumstances of American history. How will we eternally come to terms with these actions?
True evil lies serving for the desire to expose it.

Well researched comprehensive history of Native American battles in the US

I really enjoyed this audio book. It is well researched as it pulls from many varied sources. Their sources include Native American oral history, US Army battle records to scientific digs trying to get a comprehensive set of examples and sources. I also like this publisher and have enjoyed other historical topics from these authors.

An excellent content.

An outstanding review of 300 years of Americans conducting a war against the Native American Indians. It is unfortunate to see so many wars over who owns the land.
