Great Mystery

Claire Redding must discover why a woman was starved to death and washed up on the shore. She was a missing person for eight months. Weeks later a male body shows up. During this time Claire's cousin goes missing. Claire races against the clock to find her cousin. This mystery audiobook is gripping and entertaining. Grant Love narrates this book very well.

Psychology is scary at times…

Another interesting chapter in the saga of DI Redding! I loved having no idea why “Robert” was doing the “research” he was doing until the very end, leaving me guessing his motive until the very last. Grant Love does a wonderful job bringing the characters to life!

Loved it

I am a fan of Scottish crime thrillers.
And this one is up there with the best.
It takes you down the route of a missing girl, while running in parallel is a murder investigation . Are they connected and how.
Looking forward to the next book in the series.

Suspenseful

At times , Claire infuriated me, because she seemed very selfish where Peter was concerned. It was all about her career, and she should have been more open with Peter BEFORE moving in with him. Their relationship was quite the
role reversal!!! In what world is it okay to kidnap people to do research??? What a nut job!!! Some really quick thinking on Anne , Clair , and Brian's part. I enjoyed the journey. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life. Enjoying the accent greatly.

A race against time

Received as a audio copy to review by the narrator, this is an honest review. Grant Love truly out does himself as The Keeper is steeped in highly intense emotions that grabs you right from the beginning. Ann wakes up into a nightmare- kidnapped by a man whose running a bizarre social experiment; that as long as Ann obeys she could survive. From the moment, DI Claire Redding discovers he cousin has vanished into the wind, she's desperate to be involved, even if its could upend the case. But it's the malnourished body of a young women and a murdered man that hold the answers of how Claire and her colleagues can find her cousin before they no longer can.

Highly recommended.
