Abridged. Hope I can return it.

Everyone mocks this book, and Stoker, for being muddled beyond comprehension. Wikipedia opens by calling it one of the worst books in the world, citing three sources. Some even attribute it to the strokes Stoker had suffered during this time in his life. Anti-racists jump on the faults in order to tee off on the author.

Here's the problem: we're all reading a version of the book rewritten and condensed to 28 chapters (from 40!) by some anonymous editor 14 years after Stoker died. It's apparently the most widely available version of the book. I can't say if the original is any good, but let me tell you: I kept scratching my head listening to this and wondering if I, or Stoker, had accidentally skipped some chapters. Turns out a deranged publisher had.

Not worth the 6 bucks or credit

The only reason I got this book was because of 375 pages I’ll never get back podcasts.
