Worth a listen, and a relisten
I loved that this was narrated by Laura herself. This is a quick listen that feels like you're having a coffee and a chat with a girlfriend, but leaves you feeling motivated, energized and empowered. I love relistening to this book anytime I'm in a bit of a slump, it'll perk you right up!

Fun, motivating read
Fun, motivating read. Good ideas about curating different aspects of your life and standing up for your individual needs rather than the expectations of others. There is nothing super innovative about these ideas but I love the way she articulates them and puts them together in a cohesive, motivating manifesto. Definitely something I will come back to when I need a reminder to be nice to myself. I love Laura Jane Williams in general but did not love her as a narrator- there was an overuse of emphasis on words which I found distracting at times
