Not only a great meditation…

Puts me in the perfect state of awareness to start & end my day.
I get up & drink a big glass of water & then lay back down in bed 😂& listen to Lotus Meditation. I feel supported & filled with the energy I want to start my day.
I also listen to it to fall asleep. It also puts me in that perfect place to regenerate at night.

powerful meditation

Robert is master teacher. All of his meditations and work hold a high frequency of qi. This meditation is easy to follow and provides a deep experience.

Beautiful

Thank you for making this guided meditation available to us. It is cleansing, healing and empowering with wonderful background sounds and music. I expect to be using this regularly. I find it helpful to use guided meditation as a change to my regular routine to get out of a rut or when the mind is unable to settle quickly and I look forward to this one again.

Simple morning meditation

I found this to be a simple and easy meditation with profound results! I did it on the train into work and it calmed me immediately! It also re minded me I'm a swallow breather and I needed to practice breathing deeply. I kept on this throughout the day which also helped me to calm down!
