Great Book to Listen to Before Bedtime!
This was a great collection of bedtime stories and meditations to help you stress less, relax and get a better night's sleep. I liked how I could listen to these stories before bed to help me fall asleep and sleep better throughout the night. I also thought the narrator had a very calming and soothing voice.

Peaceful storytelling
I’ve been struggling with insomnia. In general the worst part is feeling so on edge when you can’t fall asleep. This audiobook helped me relax and settle. The tone was soft and slow and set a really good picture for my mind to refocus so I could eventually go to sleep!

Also great for commuting
I realize these are bedtime stories but they are also terrific for listening while commuting, either in a car or on the bus/train. There is something familiar and lovely about listening to these stories, with the narrator's soothing tone (is it just me, or does she have a sweet maternal vibe?), and feeling cozy inside while the world swirls around. I even found myself feeling closer to my core being in a way that was really helpful overall. It's like eating comfort food or something, without any effort at all. I recommend this book as a way to fall asleep, especially during times when sleep is quite elusive, for calming down, and even for meditating. We don't want to fall asleep during meditation, that's true, but there are many reminders to tune into our breath and other aspects of meditation, that could prove as a helpful tool in supporting a meditation practice.

Soothing and Inspirational!
This is an extraordinary audiobook that I would totally recommend for everyone to listen to, especially those finding it difficult to sleep or relax. It is a beautiful audiobook to meditate on even before bedtime, the voice of the narrator is soothing and has a calming effect. The audiobook helps you think, pause, reflect, take breathing exercises, say words of affirmation. It's magical as I ended up feeling a lot better listening to this as I have been overly stressed. My nerves felt less tense and I felt some sort of relief. Imagine what listening to each bedtime story every night will do to you or even using it as a background sound whilst doing yoga, Amazing! Listened to all and I felt exhilarated!

Nice, zen, tranquil, and relaxing stories throughout this book. I enjoyed every story and had my favorites throughout the book. Wish I found this sooner!
Bedtime Stories for Adults has been a game changer for me. I struggle with falling asleep at times and am a chronic overthinker. The stories in here helped calm me down and just relax. Jane, the narrator, has a very soothing voice. Love the guided breathing exercises as well. If you suffer from anxiety, insomnia, and overthinking, this is for you. If you want to wake up clear-headed and happy, this book is also for you. Truly cannot recommend it enough!
