Publisher's summary

I am nothing and no one.

Such a Debbie Downer attitude, I know. My entire existence is one of mere survival within a pack that sees me as worthless. The alpha is ruthless, but he hasn't killed me yet. Small mercies, right? I've never known kindness, so what do I do when four guys show up with smiles and soft touches? Hide...for all of five minutes.

They're kind of insistent on getting to know me, and everything in me rebels at the thought of running from them. You see, there's this pull. A connection that snapped into place when we made eye contact. They're apparently my freaking mates. All four of them!

Krix, the unappointed leader. Cashel, the jokester. Denahi, the protector. Mavrin, the peacemaker.

I've never heard of someone having four mates, but I don't want to deny myself this one good thing when all I've ever had was misery. I'm a shiftless wolf, so I wasn't supposed to have a mate at all!

My old pack isn't having it, though. The alpha doesn't want to release me, and the she-wolves are all in a tizzy over my sudden popularity with the male gender. Too bad, because I refuse to stay when I've been given the answer to my prayers. The Mother of all must have finally opened her ears to me. She didn't make it easy, though. There are a few trials and tribulations headed our way.

Oh, and there's also this thing about a prophecy...

This is a full-length reverse harem novel with a cliff-hanger ending. It has a male of every caliber and a heroine that many can relate to. There are steamy scenes and references to abuse that may not be suitable for some listeners. It has been re-edited thanks to fan reviews, but feel free to comment if you notice any errors to help improve the book. This is book one in a trilogy.

Horny Teenager Cribs S. Dalambakis’s Shifter Royalty

Nothing wrong with the narration here but as the title says if you have read or listen to shifter royalty there is no way you can manage to get through this one without cringing every chapter this is the definition of “sure you can copy mine just change it enough so it doesn’t look the same”. Often things are set up then quickly abandoned leaving the reader confused. Example the new academy they attend for a single day. Than in the final two chapters the author remembered this was a reverse harem story and tries to throw sex into their writing instead of leaving it for the 2nd book to progress naturally, except it’s executed similar to a clueless 15-year-old teenager lying to a group of friends about his first time…..when the word squirting was said I almost died.

I wanted to like it

Reverse harems are my guilty pleasure. I wanted to like this story but the narrator is horrible and talks. like. there. is. a. period. after. every. word.

The story reads like it is mediocre fanfic including all the overdone fanfic tropes. I can usually power through even bad novels but I gave up on this one. It's the first book I've every returned to Audible.
