About this listen

Four-year-old White Heron begins her journey as a master shaman when she arrives in Teotihuacan with her sister Quilla and Mama Couen. Such a fine mind of learned imagination. The myths of Mesosmerica become even more real with the application of science and the further thought of what may be. Fendley is a complex writer of sensitive, searching themes. This short story is a good entrance into the world of her Zero Time Chronicles. It is worthy of screen time!

A fine mind of learned imagination.

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

Yes I would. Many friends of mine are fans of the sci - fi genre.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Actually none. They were a bit quite dull for me, and no one seems special enough for me to notice.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Brenda Villanueva?

Villanueva's voice was a bit boring (sorry about that, but I nearly fell asleep). I don't know who to cast, as I have just started to listen to audiobooks recently.

Was The Mother Serpent's Daughter worth the listening time?

Yes, it was.

Any additional comments?

None. Although I would consider reading Zero Time for my enjoyment. The summary seems interesting enough.

A decent book.
