Healing mindset
Uncertain whether a narcissist would really want or care to listen to a book on healing their disorder but if so, great tool. The main value I see here is for those who are dealing with narcissistic behavior in their own live without knowing how to handle and respond appropriately to that person. Good tools to address the challenges of this type of personality disorder.

Can narcissists truly heal?
I am sure that many of us have suffered the manipulative wrath of a narcissist or have come to the painful realization that it is in fact us that is causing the painful struggles of others! That’s probably why were here. And although this realization can be soul-crushing, it also does not mean the end. On the contrary, it is just simply the beginning. And embracing this kind of realization that perhaps our behavior wasn’t the best for us and everyone around us takes a real kind of courage. And it’s this kind of vibe that Joyce T portrays in her wonderful books: a type of compassion that eclipses the usual self-help tropes and targets things in a way that does not demonize but ameliorates old wounds that are, in fact, the catalyst for these kinds of behaviors in the first place. The main takeaway I got from this book was the ability to truly look at myself in the mirror and see what traits I could and will change and the endless possible benefits to this, not just for myself, but for those I love. A fantastic book for anyone with the courage to truly look at the wounds carried in their own heart from a place of true and radical ownership.

A wonderful guide
I'm certain that many of us have experienced the manipulative behavior of a narcissist or have realized that we may have caused pain for others. This realization can be soul-crushing, but it's also the beginning of a new chapter. This is a wonderful guide to help you not only get through these struggles but emerge a better version on the other side.

Navigating Narcissism: A Path to Healing
The most compelling insight from this book is the recognition that we all possess a touch of narcissism. I found this perspective both refreshing and enlightening. The book highlights how these traits can manifest more intensely in some individuals, a reality I've encountered in past relationships. It offers practical guidance for identifying narcissistic behaviors like gaslighting and stonewalling, and more importantly, provides a roadmap for successfully leaving such toxic dynamics. The book ultimately serves as a beacon of hope and healing in the aftermath of these experiences.
