Be a Strong Leader Without Being Viewed as a Jerk

Full of relatable explanations and real-life examples, this book provides easy-to-follow methods to help to undo destructive behaviors that harm relationships. It covers full blown NDP, narcissistic traits, and other related patterns that aren’t classed as a part of NDP but do go hand in hand. Very good and I’ll be referring to it at least once a year to keep it fresh in my mind.

Very insightful

This book helped learn a lot, not only about myself, but also about others; how I have affected them, how I can mend relationships, and how to view them. I can move forward with a more knowledge and understanding of myself, my condition, and my loved ones thanks to this book.

Stands Out Among the Rest

In this download, the author begins by laying a strong foundation by providing a comprehensive understanding of narcissism, delving into its origins, psychological factors, and basically why people do what they do.

This crucial knowledge enables readers to recognize their own narcissistic tendencies and embark on a truly transformative journey. Notably, the book's compassionate approach stands out, encouraging self-reflection and empathy instead of judgment.

Through case studies, cited scientific research, and personal anecdotes, readers find relatability and a deeper connection with the content. A valuable and encouraging audiobook that sets the listener up for personal growth and understanding. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to improve their relationships.

A Refreshing Perspective for a Tricky Subject

In a society that often encourages self-centeredness, this book offers a refreshing perspective on how we can navigate the "me me me" culture without we live in, without compromising our self-worth. If you’re seeking to strike a balance between self-focus and genuine connection with others, then download this audiobook now!

Put together by the same guy as the book "How to Talk to Anyone," this is like having a series of insightful, and dare I say, fun therapy sessions.

I eagerly await his next book, anticipating more wisdom and guidance to enrich our lives.

Best thing I’ve downloaded in ages

Brilliant. So much usable knowledge and all spoken with a clear but friendly tone. I especially got a lot from the lessons about practicing compassion instead of envy. By far the best thing that I’ve downloaded in a while.
