About this listen

What do quantum physics and love have in common? Fifteen years ago, preeminent psychologist and philosopher Henry Grayson made a remarkable observation: that in the wildly different realms of atoms and intimate relationships, our thoughts alone can create undeniably real effects. In quantum experiments, reveals Grayson, when we change our minds, we literally change the state of matter itself. Imagine, then, how deeply our thoughts can affect our relationships.

In The New Physics of Love, you will put aside the traditional methods of couples and family counseling that focus on emotions, memories, and personal biography and begin to look at your relationships from an entirely different perspective. It is what you are thinking that silently guides all of your feelings and behaviors, he teaches, and by working intelligently with those thoughts, you can create deeper connections and intimacy with those you love.

Someone else will write a more eloquent review. I'm not worried about that. I've been through volumes of related material and feel like he does the best job of both explaining theory and providing a solid 'action plan' that doesn't start out with recommendations of hours of meditation (yes, meditation recommendation is in there). There's a lot more info out there on identifying limiting beliefs but Grayson kept it at 8 hours instead of 48 : )

Great material and presentation

I recently had the pleasure of listening to Henri Grayson's book, "The New Physics of Love." This captivating work beautifully intertwines profound insights about love with the intriguing concepts from physics. Grayson's ability to blend these two seemingly distinct realms creates a thought-provoking and heartwarming experience for the reader. As someone who appreciates the intricacies of the world and the connections that bind us, I found this book to be a delightful journey that left me both intellectually enriched and emotionally touched. Highly recommended for those seeking a unique perspective on the profound nature of love.

Dr Grayson is one point!
