The local glassworks is about to be sold, and rumor has it the buyer wants to make changes that will challenge glassblowing tradition.

Wanda, the daughter of the middle Steinmann sister, is freshly arrived from America and engaged to an ambitious local glassblower. Yet as soon as the bold young woman learns of the impending sale, she decides to do as her mother and aunts did - cast aside her expected role in order to save the day. With the help of a handsome bank clerk, she will take a daring risk with the villagers' hard-earned money. Just like glass, though, love and commerce are fragile, and what begins as their last hope may just end in shattered dreams.

This is a good book, but not as good as the first two. It is a decent ending to the series.

I really enjoyed this book. Finally justice ! Very strong and capable women fighting for a worthy cause and fought for each other. I listened through Audible. The narrator was extremely good. Worth reading/listening.

...but this one was not as good. Parts of it was but the nagging mother I could have done without. I am glad I read all three books but the experience on all three could have been better. The story is good but the characters were not so great.

This sequel is just as good as the first 2 in the trilogy. The reader is very easy to listen to and brings the characters fo life.

It is not often that you can find stories that do not have the f word and others to mar . This is very well written. I l o over all the books of this trilogy.

enjoyed the story very much was surprised to find out there really is a town in Germany called lauscha I love it when that happens although whoever translated it into English could have used more German words such as a beer garden rather than bar narrator was enjoyable to listen to but the idea of a woman taking over in the ways this fictional Tale portrays probably would not have happened at that time but it is a story and a good one

This is the last book in the series. I got so invested in the characters and their stories. Beautifully written novel with great detail.

This book was a wonderful experience for me. The characters were well developed and interesting. The story was lovely and informative concerning the struggles of glass blowers and their small town.

ha! that villian got what he had coming. thank goodness, anything less and I would have thrown my Kindle in despair. sadly, this series is completed, however, it shall stay with me always, and be a constant recommendation. I look forward to exploring Petra's other works.
