About this listen

You can't kill demons for thousands of years without creating a nemesis or two. But Lilith was different. Rafi's killed demons for millennia, but Lilith was different. She was a sexy kind of fun despite the deadly evil. Rafi looked forward to their encounters. If she wasn't the mother of all demons, they might have been more than enemies on opposite sides of creation.

Disguised as an agent of the World Health Organization, Rafi searches for the source. When he meets a biochemist named Sophia at the center of the pandemic, everything changes.

Angels and demons

As I began to listen to The Power Of His Touch, I realized that I was missing some essential information. This is book 2 in the Archangel series and I did drop into an existent story. Rafael is an Archangel who has the power to heal and works to rid the world of demons. Any pandemic of a demonic nature spurs the archangels into motion to find the source of the disease. It has brought Rafi to the farm where Alyssa and Gabriel are living, and the scourge that they face is one that had me rethinking my stand on earwigs. Red earwigs! The symptoms of the demonic disease were vivid and descriptive. When Rafi noticed the beautiful doctor working with him, his feelings took an earthly turn.
Ginger Walton does an admirable job with the narration. Her dynamic voice, varied intonation and inflection gave each character a unique voice and personality.

2nd Archangel Romance

This is the second book in the series. it's Rafe's turn and the story is intertwined with the angels battling a demon based pandemic that affects them with at home and across the globe. although this can be read/listened as a standalone, many of the characters are from book 1, so it's best to read them in order. the story is more action than romance development. Although geared for 10-18 year old, I recommend it for older teens as it does have violence and a love scene (no details but kissing, then going to bed) at the end of the book.
