The story was good - the performance was terrible

The only real complaint I have about this book was Dennis Quaid's voice- he should not narrate books. Very distracting and took away from the story.

Good Story

Enjoyable. Good reading style for most part. Limited role shifting between various male or female voices provide but clear when shifting roles my male voices are mimicking females. Foreign accents are good. Overall kept me very engaged. Enjoyed.

good story, not so good reader

I liked the story. Guessed the traitor early. doubted it often, though. For me, Quaid was hard to listen to. voice too coarse, graveley. it was tense and the fake search for the let word at the end was good.

Pretty good book

Narrator’s voice (as the President) was very grating- hard to listen to. Liked that the story kept moving.

Mind Blowing Read

This was not my first James Patterson' book, I fell in Love with his novels since I was deployed in Bosnia. This book kept me hungry for more. It was like I was a character in the book. A well, written and enjoyable experience this book gives you. You never know what's going to happen next. I will be listening to this again.

Suspenseful

Scary scenario for our nation! Too political towards end. A touch of partisanship...perhaps too preachy.

Disappointing Narration.

The cocept and the "weapon" were fascinating and all too believable. The tone of the book seemed angry. I was very disappointed in Mr. Quaid's narration. I like him as an as actor, but he needs to stick to one character at a time. The other narators were much better to listen to, at least to my ears.
