It works!

The only way my 10 year old son can get to sleep is by listening to this story he has ADHD and has trouble "turning off" his brain. When we added this story to his bedtime routine it was like magic. We went from nightly bedtime battles to none; we're happy and so is he.

Great story

This book works really well trying to get children to sleep.

I would recommend this book for children 1-9

The only thing I dislike about this book, is that if you want to do Fred Sanders voice m, you have to put on a sleep timer.

Mommy's bedtime miracle

My 6 yr old Amir a has had trouble falling asleep without me since birth. I'm guessing because of falling asleep while nursing for the first year of her life. I've tried numerous techniques to get her to sleep even resorting to giving in and cuddling her til she falls asleep to melatonin. I saw a segment on a morning talk show where a mom raved of this book. I had my doubts of course, feeling like a big failure for resorting to medicating my kid to sleep. Roger, his mommy, Uncle Yawn, Heavy-eyed Owl and kind Sleepy snail saved bedtime for Amira. A real Miracle. It even works for me, after a long exhausting day.

kids love it! what more can you ask!

The kids love it and repeatedly ask for this one, the tractor and the elephant versions. What more can an exhausted parent ask for.

Works to help my littles fall asleep

We have used this book among others to play at bedtime to help my 3 and 5 year old fall asleep and stay in bed. The tone and rhythm of the book do work to help! I like that it can be read in a male or female voice also!

Over and Over and Over Again

What did you love best about The Rabbit Who Wants to Fall Asleep?

That it works? My 5 year old has had trouble sleeping for the past 2 years now, and I bought this book on a whim one night, and from then on, she's been out like a light before the book ends. We listen to it every night.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The story itself really isn't interesting. I don't think it's meant to be, though. It's supposed to be quiet, and soothing.

Have you listened to any of Fred Sanders and Kathleen McInerney ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have not.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Never even got through the first half!

Every time I have trouble falling asleep I turn this book on. I like that it gives you the option to listen to two different narrators, and I generally listen to the Fred Sanders version since his comes first. I've never even made it through his to listen to Kathleen McInerney's narration, that's how well it works!I highly recommend it to anyone who is having trouble falling asleep, or putting their kids to sleep.
