I'm still in love with all the books by this author so far and was pleasantly surprised to find out there was a sequel to The Witch's Daughter. I was not disappointed. I do think part of my infatuation comes from the fantastic narrator, but that just makes these books an all around great experience. Beautiful writing combined with beautiful narration.

Another treasure from this author

I do not normally care for female narrators however Ms.Calin is better more polished, accomplished then ANY other I have ever listened to. Man or woman. This is a fabulous book and I want more! I need Tegans story and Bess and Arrasmus and son. More, more, more PLEASE!

Often I am disappointed with the next book in a series, however, Ms Brackston surpassed the intensity of her first book. I am looking forward to hearing her next in this tale.
Thank you for carrying me away to this magical world.

While I found The Witch’s daughter, for the most part, tedious and laborious, I really enjoyed this book. I finally felt something for the characters and really enjoyed the story. Now I can read the 4th book in “The little shop of Found Things” series, a series I highly recommend! On the whole, Paula Brackston is an excellent author.
