ho hum performance

typical w.e.b. Griffin
Not a bad storyline. The narrator was very mechanical in his delivery . I hope that the next bok has a new reader.

Another entertaining story by W.E.B. Griffin.

I've read the honor bound series that takes place in Argentina that parallels the series. I was pleased to hear the story about organization of the OSS. This book is a absolute page-turner you will binge listen to this story filled with marvelous characters in a historically accurate time scape. This author has the strange gift of making the reader want to be apart of the story.

Spell binding

Griffin is the consummate storyteller. The juxtaposition between the larger than life characters and the way they can overcome difficulties makes this an exciting read. You wish you had their abilities to overcome obstacles

Narrator needs training

Great story. The speaker needs to learn how to talk like an Air Traffic Controller, a stuffy rich guy and a Drill Sergeant. He was very clear, but his portrayal of conflicting points of view amongst military people needs coaching.

Spell check fail

The word SECRET does not have three E’s. Please check the graphic for the book!

Military soap opera, yet I can't put it down

Previous reviews complain about the narration but I find it excellent. This series is wrong in so many ways (e.g. it's a soap) but yet I can't wait to hear the next book in the series. Solid Griffin.
