wonderful story, excellent narration!

Story was lovely, characters engaging. some of the plot twists were relatively predictable, but not all of them, and even the bits of predictability did not detract from the storytelling. The narration was very well done, bravo.

Loved the final twist at the end. I was hooked from the beginning. Well worth the credit. I only wish this author had more than two books.

Seek His will

I enjoyed listening to this story for all 11 hours. The story came alive in my minds eye. My tears flowed with sad then joyful drops. The author is a true man in the Word of God. Proverbs 3:6 Seek His will in all you do and He will show you which path to take...

Very Enjoyable Story

The Sinner's Garden is an interesting story of God revealing himself to people in need. The characters are real, as are their struggles to understand the complexities of life. I never saw the ending coming, but it was just right.
My only criticism of the audiobook is the lack of vocal variety on the part of the narrator. He made a 14 year old boy sound very similar to the aging pastor.
Otherwise I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys human drama and the search for God.

The Narrator almost ruined it for me..:(

If you could sum up The Sinners' Garden in three words, what would they be?

Love, Grace, Mercy

What did you like best about this story?

I fell in love with William Sirls first book and HAD to get this one! His stories are FRESH; nothing "I've heard a story like this before" about it. His stories have a metaphysical feel to it, but it all works out in the end and it's not too weird at all. It's like nothing you've ever read before.

Would you be willing to try another one of John McLain’s performances?

NOT ON YOUR LIFE! His female voices were horrible; they all sounded like they were strung out on drugs which made you have to really "work" at figuring out their true character because they all sounded tired and haggard. The only voice that was ok, was Rips. Andy's voice was ok, but all of his characters besides Rip sounded WAY too old and worn out. John McLain needs to read ONLY male characters or not at all.

Any additional comments?

I hope they re-record this book with another narrator because it was really interesting and i would listen to it again, IF ONLY there was another narrator.

let go and let God

the message of forgiveness, letting go, and thankfulness was what I needed. it was a sad story all in all, but definitely a good book.
