The third book was very good, just as good as the others, but I do not love that Ivory seemed to submit to Huntley on everything and her punishment was abusive "relations". Even when he was in the wrong. She regrew wings for petes sake! She was a fighter on every other aspect, including against her father. And what was everyone's power? That was never explained with the exception of Ivory. I loved that the Queen turned out to be very kind to her and motherly, she really needed that relationship. I agree with everyone on one family being like the others before them and how Ivory and Huntley changes that for the future for the better to all. I did not like the ending, though it did end and did not leave you hanging all of the relationships kind of ended. Specifically, the children's lack of knowledge of dragons at the end... WHY?
Overall I would recommend this series.
