A series of bizarre deaths erupts, first in New York and then in Washington. Men are seemingly falling to their deaths inside skyscrapers, leaving no clue but their battered bodies.
Jerry and Weed investigate, and then the masterminds behind a terrible new weapon strike directly at their headquarters, seeking to head them off before they can fit all the pieces of the puzzle in place.
The final battle takes place on and above the Hudson River.
