About this listen

The trouble with love is timing is everything…

Amelia

I was never supposed to fall in love with an older man, let alone a man who is practically family. We were too much, too soon. Our families were caught in the crossfire of our forbidden affair. So, we said our goodbyes.

Four years have passed, and my ex is back from London. He's just as devastatingly handsome as I remember. He's a billionaire now, courtesy of the contract he signed that forced him to leave me behind.

But now—I'm engaged.

A complicated love triangle was never something I envisioned when Austin proposed to me. Then again, neither was Will Romano's return. The man I fell in love with and possibly never stopped loving.

Will

The moment I saw the photo of her wearing an engagement ring, it was impossible to sit back and do nothing. It should have been us.

I'm ready to fight for her against her father and anyone who stands in our way—something I should have done four years ago.

Now, my only mission is to win her back. Make her see that age is nothing but a number, and no one else matters besides us.

That is until one night my life changed forever. All because I was desperate to forget she ever existed.

Great listen

The narration is fantastic. Don’t read if you have a cheating trigger… but great love story

Next Generation!

Loved the found family and getting to know the next generation in the Edwards fam. Rocky and Niki are hilarious!! Hoping for some fan art. I’m having trouble picturing all of the characters. I do miss the British accents.

Omg! Love love love!

This is one of my FAVORITE books! I love Will! He’s perfect! And Amelia is perfect for him! I love their relationship, love, story and strength. The performance was sooo good. Can’t wait to read the next story and the next generation hopefully.

I don’t think I’ve ever hated an ending as much as I hate this one

The story is fine, I understand the need for conflict in stories such as these but why did it have to involve a child? This story could have been infinitely better had that plot device not happened. I enjoyed the first book much more. Narrators are okay, the male narration leaves me wondering if they made the right choice, but aside from that it’s a nice listen.
