Publisher's summary

An astonishing collection of stories of extraterrestrial abduction, time travel, and extraterrestrial sex.

"Brad Steiger's book does an excellent - indeed, essential - job of setting the scene and providing a foundation of the facts as they were known at the time it was written. It is to be hoped that, in time, this provocative and disturbing reality will come into ever greater focus." (Whitley Strieber, from the foreword)

Here is the startling proof - in one comprehensive, eye-opening volume.

Brad Steiger, the world-renowned authority on unexplained phenomena, presents a collection of UFO encounters and abductions. His provocative theories provide answers to the most puzzling questions: Why are they here? What do they want? And how will they change the fate of the human race?

Included here are stories of airplane disappearances, alien experimentation, close encounters of the alien-sexual kind, and hybrid children. Alternately entertaining and terrifying, this is a book for anyone who has gazed into the night sky and wondered if we are alone in the universe.

Solid if imperfect

The reading sounds intense or forced. The book research itself is not as high quality as some others on the same topic but still an interesting compilation.

Good info, narrator voice is annoying

Good stories and research, but I can’t tell if the narrator is a person or a robot. Not a very enjoyable voice.

5 Star

I am a very picky critic. if I give ANYTHING a five-star review, that means there's absolutely nothing I can complain about

A classic with caveats

Brad Steiger is a legend of paranormal investigation, research and literature and this book is a great introduction to the abduction phenomenon. However, as the chapters wear on, he heads in a more "unhinged" path, which is reflective of the time period that it was written. MJ-12 has been debunked, but still, some cling to their beliefs that it was real.

If you read this book, keep in mind content warnings regarding sexual assault, as it is part of this phenomenon.
