Loved the information in this book
As a woman nearing perimenopause, I found this book to be extremely helpful. The diets and how to fix things internally are things I started looking into before reading this book and this book has put it all together for me in an easy to read digestible way. I took away some great tips, like using pro, pre and postbiotics that I going to add to my daily regime and other dietary foods. This is a great book for all women to add to their toolbox.
