This audiobook is a great guide to calm the anxiety you’ve been feeling and get back to feeling tip top. It give you some great tips as to how to calm the brain, with meditations and mantras and then it also links your diet snd nutrition with the way you feel too. Didn’t really make that connection before, I guess if you’re eating badly you’re going to feel bad too, that was a game changer for me. There’s lots of handy tips that I think anyone would benefit from in listening to this book. A must listen for all!

We should be aware of our own awareness to confront our emotions. When we cultivate these tools, the unspoken feelings for others, and how we handle everything will increase social bonds and have the mental flexibility, many are looking for. I like how the author discusses the social ques, stepping in the shoes of others while deepening higher receptive accuracies. Its interesting to think the brain and the immune system use receptors to talk to each other by neural pathways. And depending on how we build ourselves up or allow the surrounding areas to effect us, it effects how the body works as a whole. Between the mood and emotional behavior it changes our physiological and body functions, energy levels, depending on how much they are activated. I enjoyed chapter six on maintaining and increasing cognitive resources. If we're persistent with maintaining positive energy, we can reduces stress, balance our heart rate, emotions and body awareness.
