About this listen

He got a fake fiancée to avoid an arranged marriage...except she turns out to be his arranged wife after all.

Ambitious, driven and independent, billionaire Huxley Lasker refuses to marry the vapid bride his family has chosen to further their legal dynasty. Instead, he asks Grace Lain, a hot one-night stand from a few weeks earlier, to be his fake fiancée.

But Grace turns out to be the arranged wife—and their one-night stand has left her pregnant.

The Unwanted Bride is a standalone romance with all the feels and a happy ending!

Huxley is all man

While I went into this knowing the Lasker brothers were possesive asf, I didnt expect for Huxley to be so powerful and raw when it came to his decisions and way of caring for Grace.

Grace wasn't treated well by her Dad and his
wife, daughter and son. Grace and her Mom
had a struggle being with out Money. Her Mom
was sick. Grace meets Huxley, they are
together one night. Huxley and his family
are good people. Get your tissues out.
Great job narrating by Robert Hatchet
and Emma Wilder.

✨ A VERY ENJOYABLE LISTEN ✨

Thank you Nadia for this very addictive story. The characters hooked me in from the start with their chance encounters.. their family frustrations and fractures.. their chemistry and banter.. their arranged marriage that wasn’t supposed to go anywhere.. and the troublesome times they faced. A very enjoyable fake-to-forever that’s full of entertaining fireworks and feels as sweet Grace and Billionaire Huxley’s relationship warms walls come down, trust is given, family secrets spill, two pink lines appear and love blossoms. It’s fiction folks so don’t expect realism.. however, like any good tv soap, it sucks you in and I was so there for all the drama. Robert and Emma were perfect at bringing the cast, the twists and turns, the possessiveness and jealousy, the evilness in some secondary characters, the heart and heat and the full spectrum of feels to life.

Worth a credit? Yup.

Storyline was Great!

I love that this book did not drag out but every aspect was to the point with clear transitions. I love the roles each played in the story coming together. Family is important!
