So helpful

As someone trying to decide what is best for my little one, this book was informative and respectful of everyone’s personal feelings on this matter.

Super helpful for first time parent

Incredibly helpful information. Very nuanced and fair discussion of the vaccines benefits and potential risks. The most balanced review I have come across in my research.

Amazing and not pushy at all

I was on the fence on which way to go and this book made me feel so informed in every vax decision I could have made. Thankful

Good info, but weird format

There is a lot of great information in this book. If you plan to read it all the way through, then go back to other sections, it is very good.

What's odd is that it leaves out a lot critical information regarding vaccine safety data until the end. The first half+ of the book is going vaccine by vaccine, listing off stats and ingredients showing benefit and risk.

The problem with doing so in this order is that it makes the risks for each seem minimal as he reads off the official data. It isn't until later that he reveals key points including the vast underreporting in VAERS, selective use and destruction of safety studies, and more in depth reasoning for why concerning ingredients are dangerous.

If the chapters were flipped around where he explained the data/ingredients first, then went shot by shot, I would've given it the 5th star.

This book is not a blatantly pro or anti vaccine book. If you lean in either direction, there will be things that you love in here and things that you hate. It is a good bridge for trying to inform yourself or someone you know.

If you're pro vaccine and read this, you'll probably be more open to reading anti vaccine books after. If you're anti vaccine, you're going to end up checking several stats that indicate high efficacy for several of these shots that you credited completely to sanitation improvements.
