I love this series... I can't wait to finish one to get to the next one. Likable heroes and ladies! Just the right amount of STEAM! I'd give it a 4 out of 5 for the steaminess...but I like that. Good narration. What more could you ask for? I also like that each book is a good length in hours. I try to only buy audiobooks over 8 hrs. min. Well, on to the next book!!

Very likeable characters, nice mystery entertwined through the story without too much angst. Not the very best I've read, but very nice and will read again. Good narrator.

This book was so fun. It wasn’t as erotic as some of the other Grace Callaway books, but the the steam was still exciting. Vi is a wonderful character. She is vivacious and fun as hell. I love that she is a modern woman and enjoys sporting so much. It’s not often you find a character in these romance books that you can relate to personally. Richard, on the other hand is such a stodgy man. They are a perfect and unique fit. As Wik is one of my favorite characters in this entire bunch of series, it’s so fun to see more of his origins. Richard and Vi have such a fun relationship in Wiks story that it is pretty fun to see their origins as well. All in all great story, great villain and great characters. This book will be going on my must listen again list.

Another smash hit from Grace Calloway. This regency romance has steam and intrigue in perfect amounts. A witty, brave heroine and dashing, forthright hero fall in love as they solve a mystery.

Violet is an excellent FMC. She's hilarious, clever, bold, innocent yet alluring, and knows her own mind.

Richard is the kind of MMC I can really appreciate. He's strong, stoic, misunderstood, and hiding tons of raw passion under his upright exterior. Swoon!!

I love the way these two opposites attract and come to know and appreciate one another.

I laughed out loud so many times during this book. The passion is off the charts, and I love the cozy setting of a house party!!

This entire series is excellent, I had been awaiting Violet's turn and this did not disappoint in any way!!

Oh this is one wonderful and amazing romance. The Hero and Heroine show real growth and character development. Richard is handsome, strong and stoic- one who could use a bit of lightening up and Violet is just the woman to do it. She is utterly delightful and is absolutely the one to bring Richard the joy in his life he needs. They have become one of my favorite couples. The mystery is a real one, not just a backdrop or quickly muddled together. Super super steamy with lots of different variations, all extremely enjoyable to listen to! Marian Hussey is FANTASTIC. Just perfect. ❤️ Enjoy with abandon!
