About this listen

This world has declared war on our children. Every day, on a multitude of battlefronts, Satan is deploying weapons of mass corruption against our children. Modern culture has been systematically designed with an agenda that is anti-God, anti-Christ, and anti-Scripture, intended to corrupt young and impressionable hearts and minds. Christian parents cannot simply float passively along with the drift of our culture. As God’s people, we need to teach our children God’s Word; give them wise and biblical guidance; and above all, show them our extravagant love.

Commentary on the culture

If you are a fan of MacArthur’s work and are a parent/grandparent/guardian, I highly recommend this. Even if you do not have children, it’s a great commentary on many cultural issues Christians face today.

Very sobering to hear what is actually going on behind the scenes.

Great book for the truth, factual and scripture backed information. I would recommend all parents to read this book.

a decisive warning for a dark time.

John MacArthur expertly explains the parent's responsibility from The Scriptures. he faces down feminism and political correctness, while showing that corruption is the name of the game in the public school systems of today.

Excellent. Clear. Straightforward.

This was well written and laid out for easy listening and comprehension. The truth of this “war” and how we must stand and persevere through all the challenges is far from easy, but wow, this book reinforced what we knew to be true, and has felt like a giant hug of encouragement to us as parents in this world. Thanks Pastor John for writing this great book. :)

Absolutely On point & Needed for All Christian Parents Today

Absolutely On point & Needed for All Christian Parents Today. I really enjoyed his elaboration on all the topics mentioned. I didn’t think to look over Proverbs as a great teaching tool for our children, but my husband and I plan on doing that. Great info & statistics. Eye-opening. I was absolutely devastated and crying during the abortion section but it’s the truth and it needs to be told. Thank you Pastor John for another great book
