Trust no one

I enjoyed this book and how it showed how Mulder became involved with his search for the truth. It was also great to see that the Cigarette Smoking Man has always been there following and undermining Mulder’s pursuit. In general a great prequel for any X-Files fan.

Enjoyed seeing the evolution of this character

I disagree with the characterization of this being "Fox and friends". It's deeper into the fractured relationship with his father, the loss he felt from Samantha's disappearance, and it ties in many things that happen on the X-files with the formation of Fox Mulder as a behavioral scientist. There is depth to this story that delved into what would be needed by this character in the future, and what influenced him to look at the FBI as a path to conquer his own demons.
If you're an X-files fan, this book is great.
The performance is well done, and the story ties together well. although I would have liked to see the ending given a full conclusion. It may be that this is being held back for a second book?
Enjoy this one. It's worth the credit this month.

Gripping, mysterious story

From the start, the story grabs with captivating questions with no answers. The story lacks action but makes up for it in story. My only problem is the ending. Which I won’t spoil, but ended in an unexpected way. It leaves plenty of questions that are probably answered in the show.

Great for anyone getting into X-files, my first x-files book.

loved it

Liked the whole idea of teenage Mulder...only thing that Phoebe had british decent in the series, that might not set well with the series x files.
