Publisher's summary

When man plays god, evil follows in these three sci-fi fantasy thrillers by the international best-selling author whose "pacing is nonstop".

Book One: Hunter

Scientists have accidentally tapped into the deepest recesses of the human mind—and unleash a terrifying force. Now, with an infected creature loose in the Alaskan wilderness, the America military asks expert tracker Nathaniel Hunter to locate the beast before it destroys mankind.

Book Two: Cain

A top-secret project brings CIA hit man Roth Tiberius Cain back to life as the ultimate predator. But this killing machine has the soul of a devil. Now the only chance of stopping him rests with a soldier who lost his family, a priest who lost his faith, and the beautiful scientist who created Cain and then lost control of him.

Book Three: Leviathan

On an Icelandic island, an illegal biological weapons experiment has transformed an innocent creature into the biblical Leviathan that once terrorized the world. Escaped from its pen, Leviathan is loose in a vast underground chamber—and if it reaches the surface, it could destroy the world. And a lone electrical engineer must find a way to save his family and kill this powerful beast of legend.

Great blend of history, theology, and science.

This was a three book series- each story had its own universe that the characters operated in.

Hunter: great book about a tracker confronted with man’s desire to control nature and the beast on a rampage as a result.

Cain: How evil not only lies to us but itself. That deceit is a whole bunch of ammunition for the righteous to overcome the evil. It’s a modern day Bhram Stoker.

Leviathan: What happens when blind ambition overtakes common sense. Can you give your life up to protect the world?

Great storyline. Kept me in suspense till the very end.

Failed potential.

Stories had great potential, I bought this boxed set having forgotten how much I really didn't care for the first book. My biggest gripe is the Author did not do his research and do diligence on scientific terminology and military units and locations. The constant usage of incorrect science terms nearly caused me to go bat (----) crazy; then to assign military divisions to bases they are not at just ended it for me. Two minutes on google would have brought up the history of every division in the US, This was not done! Narration is pretty good. If you are not a Military person, or a huge science nerd, you may enjoy these books, If you have any sort of science or military back ground, these books will give you an aneurysm!
