About this listen
The Ancient, Healing Powers of Sound Frequencies
Welcome to an exploration of transformation through the ancient, healing power of sound. Everything in our world vibrates—our thoughts, our words, even the cells within our bodies. These vibrations, when in harmony, promote health and well-being. But when imbalances occur, they can lead to mental or physical discomfort. Tibetan singing bowls, with their profound and sacred tones, offer a path back to balance and harmony.
For thousands of years, Tibetan singing bowls have been used as powerful tools for healing. Their pulsating frequencies resonate deeply with the body, helping to lower blood pressure and heart rate, improve mental clarity, and even enhance the immune response. These ancient sounds dissolve energy blocks, allowing the body’s natural energy to flow freely and vibrate in harmony once again.
In this Audible collection, you will experience five carefully curated soundscapes, each designed to address a unique aspect of healing and inner connection:
- Chapter 1: Healing Frequency introduces the restorative vibrations that connect deeply with your body and mind, promoting balance and well-being.
- Chapter 2: Ancient Mystical Flow channels the timeless wisdom of Tibetan traditions, helping you connect with universal energies.
- Chapter 3: Harmonizing Energies focuses on aligning the vibrations of your mind, body, and spirit, creating inner equilibrium.
- Chapter 4: Transcendence offers a gateway to elevated states of consciousness, where stress dissolves and clarity emerges.
- Chapter 5: Meditative Resonance brings you into a serene state of mindfulness, perfect for deep relaxation and healing.
As you listen, let the vibrations of the singing bowls wash over you, connecting directly with your body and mind. In no time, you’ll find yourself in a state of quiet relaxation where tension melts away.

Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.

Story
Just before Christmas in 1843, a debt-ridden and dispirited Charles Dickens wrote a small book he hoped would keep his creditors at bay. His publisher turned it down, so Dickens used what little money he had to put out A Christmas Carol himself. He worried it might be the end of his career as a novelist. The book immediately caused a sensation. And it breathed new life into a holiday that had fallen into disfavor, undermined by lingering Puritanism and the cold modernity of the Industrial Revolution.

Amazing!
I thought I was going to be listening to a book like words about Tibetan Singing Bowls. Yes, there is a narrator for the introduction and the history of Tibetan singing bowls, then it goes straight into the singing bowls sound, and it was amazing! I decided to test it out and had it playing on my phone silently when I went to bed to see if it would help me sleep better, and it did! And since I fell asleep some where in the book and I wanted to be awake to hear all of the 5 singing bowl sounds, I replayed it and listened to it the next day. Really enjoyed it, definitely keeping this near by to play when I want some relaxing sounds playing in the back ground.

I was skeptical about trying something like this—I’ve never done anything with sound healing before. But I’m so glad I gave it a shot! The Tibetan singing bowls have such a soothing effect; I could feel my stress melting away within minutes. Each chapter offered something different, and it was easy to just relax and let the sounds take over. If you’re nervous or unsure like I was, I’d say give it a try—you might be surprised!
