Most marvelous way to tap into mindfulness.
I loved each and every chapter of this audio. I truly thought I would struggle to finish it and I have so far listened to it 3 times and I'm ready to buy vol. 2. I have been incorporating meditation and teachings of the Buddha in my life journey towards wholeness and this audio has benn the best of all the meditation audios I have heard. It's truly spiritual and uplifting. It's an amazing experience for meditating and even unwinding from the world for a min or two. I wouldn't change a thing.

starts well then loops
I really like the beginning and was anticipating this to be soothing and relaxing, While that is true in the beginning, the remaining music is looped and not done as well as it should be.
