very nice, calming
i waa looking for something to help me get out of a "freeze" response after a triggering situation. I was suggested breathing, grounding, and meditation. i tried breathing and it just wasn't working. I opened Audible ans saw this and decided to give it a try. I feel so at peace, grounded and rested.
