At its core, time blocking is a potent scheduling tool that, when properly set up and adhered to, has the power to change the direction of its wielder's life. This system has largely gone under the radar, despite it being used by many famous figures who are well known for their insane levels of productivity. If you have heard of it before, it may have been under one of its many names that include time blocking, boxing, chunking, or batching.
There are many advantages to using this time management strategy, and I explain them in detail in this book. Being aware of why you may want to use this and the benefits it has to offer will give you a deeper understanding of time blocking and allow you to use these advantages consciously and more effectively. Then, I lay out the process of actually building an effective schedule. Included are also tips that will guide you through what to do in many of the different situations that can unexpectedly manifest when using time blocking and how to reduce the chances of them occurring or throwing you off track.
There are two major sections to this publication. Part one is all about time blocking and what it offers you, it will put you into the right mindset for creating schedules for yourself to begin dominating your life, and part two will show you the most efficient ways I have found to practically put together and structure your days in practice without missing things or unnecessarily wasting time.

Excellent how to for anyone looking to get more done
Congratulations Mr Wood on such a well written auto book that I believe will help me get more done through out the day by making better decisions about my time! I look forward to my husband also listening to it, as well as my clients. Entrepreneurs are always short on time and money. This book is cost effective and informational. I understood the basic concept of Time blocking but after listening to this audible book. I know realize I can get even more out of each day than I previously thought possible. I currently believe I have an extreme attention deficit ddisorder and constantly find my mind wandering. I am always multi tasking but failed to realize how much time these are costing me daily. Even though my wife ha a told me repeatedly. I have already stated a time blocking spreadsheet and will also be rolling it out to my team at work as well.

Awesome!
As a Realtor I struggled with completing daily task over the 6 years in business. This is what I needed make a plan for my work days to help with productivity. Definitely recommend

An Excellent Introduction to the Time Blocking Met
The book effectivly achieves what it set out to do. It is short, sweet, and to the point. I recomend this book to whomever needs advice on time managent.

The actual timeblocking was presented clearly and succinctly.
I have recently heard of timeblocking/timeboxing and found this book today or maybe I should say that it found me. I'm finished it today and on to my second listen. I believe that this is the kind of help that I can really use. Thank you.

However short, it’s all meat…pay close attention so you dont have to read it 9 times like I did….and since the narrater is slow, increase speed to 1.2-1.5

Amazing!! Get this book!!
I’m an overworked, overwhelmed mom and wife trying to regain control of my life!! This book is the answer to my prayers.
