RAVE: A must have!! Simple. Direct. To the point.

Not like other books and videos I’ve been through. Truly helpful!! Valuable wisdom plus Kerri’s comfortable speaking tone. Her descriptively clear simple concepts helped me to grasp what we all know is hidden in our clutter!
Beyond the “capitalism and marketing” is feelings and emotions which are the triggers for “why” we collect or keep or we “just for now” those items that we interact with.
Move beyond the item and see the bigger connections: From memorabilia to impulse buys to gifts given.
If all you do is listen to Chapter One… (I recommend something or somewhere to write down your thoughts as you listen); you will be delightfully surprised by her wisdom and food for thought. Effective concepts! This book has quickly become a staple for my Feng Shui consulting business.

Feel Feelings + Take Action = Clarity

"I was always trying to think my feelings. But feelings are to be felt, not figured out or fixed." - Kerri Richardson

Whoa. I feel like I'm learning this lesson for the first time. In the midst of chaos, it's good to pause to reflect. Do a mind dump on paper for 10 minutes or so, then shred it and move through your day more powerfully, more clear. I've set a big goal for myself this year, a worthy goal, and Kerri's direction is going to help me get there. I know that the more I feel my feelings, take small actions often versus avoiding them, I will find clarity more and more. Kerri writes, "Our stress is always caused by what we're not doing versus what we are." I'm looking forward to taking action day by day and finding out just what I can accomplish with this newfound clarity. I love the mindset talk. It comes out of a place of loving yourself rather than "beast mode." Kerri's approach is a match for me.
