it takes lots of time to be organize
I think that so many if us have the mentality that we just don't have the time to get organize, but really, we are throwing time in the trash by not being organize. A step at a time, that's what I learn from this book.

Schedule as the foundation of goals
Took me many years to realize that time management was a weakness. I wish I had looked for this sooner. The book is only 2 hours long which is a good thing (can't imagine what more would have been added). Biggest takeaway for me was that a properly designed and followed schedule can provide a way to get more out of your time for whatever you want out of it.

Life Changing...If You Do the Work
I bought this book because I felt like I wasn't living up to my full potential in my work life. I have read other time management books that helped me get more work done in less time (HBR's guide to getting stuff done). This book expands on those ideas.
This book is awesome, yet simple. It gets to the root issues of why you may be procrastinating or why you don't seem to have enough time in the day. The causes can be emotional, psychological, or you just may not have the right tools.Taking the time to use the methods from this book will transform your life! I look forward to integrating these tools myself.
I wrote this review because I was on the fence about buying this book just based on the previous reviews. I think this book will help most people who buy it.
