About this listen

Can't get your child to sleep? Then help is here with Mary Fern's Please Go to Sleep Series.

Often children can find it difficult to go to sleep.

It's much more fun to play with friends and family. Their busy minds find it difficult to unwind, and sleep can become problematic.

The story has been crafted to include specific sleep time suggestions. The narration and pace of the story are designed to slow your child's rhythm down and bring them to gentle, restful sleep. The audiobook run time is around 30 minutes, and it will become a part of your child's bedtime routine.

Happy dreams to all children and parents.

I’ve bought a few of these, my kids actually prefer the Tired Bunny series, but that’s just because their bedtime cuddly toys are bunnies. The stories are basically harmless poems full of sleep time suggestions.

Good book that works

These books get across the message to kids that is it okay to be tired, tomorrow will come soon enough, and that sleep is a good thing. Little minds find this message hard to grasp sometimes and anything that helps them go to the land of dreams is a good thing.

If you are having problems every bedtime and the whole thing is turning into a battle ground then try one of these books. I am not sure whether they actually bore children so much that they go to sleep or whether the sleepy poems actually work – whichever it is I don’t care and I’m a fan.
