The book did have me Intrigue. Basically the book is about this Irish Lord Who is rude kind Carelesse does anything to keep him amused save a young lady who murdered her Uncle. From that point on I basically keep saving her life but he refuses to care for her due to his Childhood.
I believe my main concern on this book was a narrator I have mixed emotions I like her and I didn't.

There was so much potential here but the narrator killed it. The MMC was too cruel with very little humanity until the very last minute of the book. The FMC was likable but the narrator slaughtered her to the point it was unbearable. I finish it because if you are in for a penny might as well be in for a pound.

One word will be sufficient, TEDIOUS! Predicable story, performance ok, given what the reader had to work with. I will not be following this author again.
