Almost no drama in this book, which is a nice change from other books... yet the end drags a little...
all in all I loved the book, narration was good but not great. I am looking forward to listening to more books written by K’Anne Meinel.

I loved watching the development of Kate and Erin’s relationship. And how they worked things out with the public, family members, etc.

While it is always painful for me to read about people who are closeted, it is good they’re being represented in books. So that folks who are also closeted can see themselves. And, perhaps, see a way out of their own closet, when the characters decide to come out.

The narration was good, as well.

I loved this book! The story was well written and flowed smoothly. The narrator did a great job of bringing the story to life. I liked the little bit of angst thrown in. Worth the listen.

I definitely wish it had been a different narrator. Or just read differently. Her voice is nice, but the way she reads reminded me of someone reading me a children's book. And most of the time I wasn't sure which character she was reading for. It just made it hard to listen and focus on the story.

Narrator kind of disappointed me- sorry

Story was not too bad but I found it hard to get past the narrator. Just felt too stiff and choppy. Nobody talks that way and dialog did not flow because of it. May have given a higher review if I had just chose to read this myself instead of listening via audible.
