Good but not what I expected.

From the audible summary I thought this would be a complete mixture of dramas but instead it is(so far, 5 hours) the invasion of the ultramar system. The dramas are good but I wasn't looking for big chunks on the same campaign setting. Hoping it diverges soon.. we'll see.

The saddens of 40K

Some of these stories are left on cliffhangers but the overall, you hear the sadness that is the result of Horus’s betrayal and the effect it had on all the astartes.

21 hours of really shitty sound effects.

The overall story line is not bad. Unfortunately, with bad sound effects and a less than stellar narrator the overall book just gave me a headache.
A note to the Author, this could be a best seller if you redid the narrator and sound effects. Just a thought for a possible re-release.
