Lucifer, God, and I walk into a room....

There's no joke, well, not really. Now that Heaven has fallen all five of us are forced to co-inhabit Lucifer's castle up on the mountain high above the crash site. Tensions run high, my princes are at their wit's end, and I'm pretty sure I'm falling in love with everyone single one of them.
On top of that I have to come to terms with the fact that I'm the next ruler of the realms. So I'm in charge of my five surly men, the demons, and the angels?

This can't end well, can it?

Great series!

This is a great series, but this book is lacking a bit. The narrator is great, but the story is rushed and the ending is dreadful.

okay ending

This book started right when the last one ended with heaven falling into hell and Allie and Jehovah in the center of it. this book was kind of structured weird. there was no big climax. it happened at the beginning of the book. this book followed Allie in the aftermath of bringing down heaven and her coming to terms with her part in the prophecy. honestly this focused on the relationships around her and her mated are all worthless. Jehovah and lucifer are the only ones remotely supportive of her and they have to much baggage as well.

in the end the story just seemed unfinished. the relationship between Allie and lucifer and Allie and Jehovah is settles and i guess Adonis too. but Liam felt still up in the air as well as Amon's relationship. and there is so much still brewing between Jehovah and Lucifer.

i like how the book was structured but it just felt unfinished

Steamy and Entertaining Finale!!

I was nervous going into this story because of how the second one ended and how everything changed. My fears were unfounded because Ali always lands on her feet and her mates were there to help her. One of my favorite things about Ali is how she loves freely, holding nothing back.
This book was different from the rest because there was more introspection and thoughts, whereas the other two had more action. It made me a little dissatisfied with how the story went because I had hopes for more drama with all the inner turmoil from Ali and her mates. I do like how it ended, don't get me wrong, but I would have liked something more to happen before that ending.

Like in the previous book, there are multiple POVs (even Jehovah's!) and that is one thing that really made me like this story. We get to hear their thoughts and desires and understand who they are. I just love multiple POVs and Kaylin Peyerk did an excellent job writing in multiple voices.

Amy Hall, again, does a fabulous job of narrating the story and voicing the characters! She's narrated the entire series and really brings life to all the characters and keeps the story entertaining. There were a few times during the chapters from the male perspectives, the male voices were a little mixed up, but it didn't detract from the story.

From my time enjoying listening to these books, I have decided that I need to devour this author's backlog of books.

Turmoil in Hell

I really liked this whole series and I would read/listen to this author again. The sassitude from the characters was nice. I would seek out this author again.

Ending Sucks!

I really loved this series, but damn the ending is so bad, I wish I never listened. So many things left undone and completely rushed. I want to know about the relationship between Aaliyah and her mates and to see how she ruled and the dynamic between her and her men. I even want to know more about Kronos. Honestly I probably won’t ready anything else from this author. Narration was great.

The ending

The ending felt unfinished. like it needed more. some situations were unresolved. while I liked the rest of the story and the main character's relationships. I think there could have been more added there as well. overall a good story.
