Standalone story. Book three in the action-packed SEAL EXtreme Team series.

Outmaneuver the RPG...

SEAL Helo pilot Ty Whitehorse is performing a recon mission in the Arctic when an RPG shoots him down. Trapped in hostile territory, he'll fight, stay under the enemy's radar, and slog through bitter snow to deliver vital intel to the team - if terrorists and the mother of all blizzards don't kill him first.

Run and Hide...

Former beauty queen Holly Colton is running from an ugly secret. Fleeing to Alaska to rediscover the person she once was, Holly becomes a musher. During a two-dog sled run, a moose attacks, injuring the lead dog and knocking Holly unconscious.

Stay Warm, Stay Alive...

Taking shelter in a hunter's cabin, Ty is surprised when a sled dog scratches to get in. A lady dog musher is unconscious, hypothermic, and injured. Warming Holly and tending to her injuries, Ty discovers he's not the only one fighting under the radar. They're both in enemy crosshairs. Staying together is dangerous. Separating is impossible.

Seal Extreme Team Novella

Condensed action packed story set in the wilds of Alaska. Enjoyable novella with decent
narration, although his woman's voice needs a
bit of work.

Short but fun

Nice story and we’ll narrated by Noah Michael Levine. I think this is my first book by Kimberley Troutte and I enjoy the storyline, characters and the world build. Downside to a short story is the lack of character build.

Third time's the charm!

Third time’s the charm. Kimberley Troutte penned a decent story that the majority of reviewers, including myself, liked this time. Praise be! As with the other books in the series, each book focuses on one of the members of the EXtreme Team. This story revolves around Ty Whitehorse, the U.S Navy SEAL helicopter pilot of Apache ancestry. Searching the Alaskan wilds for their nemesis Milton Crow, Ty is shot down by an RPG and finds a hunter’s cabin to hold up in. A sled dog, carrying another injured dog in the sled and the injured and unconscious female musher Holly Colton, also find the cabin. From that point on, the interaction and budding romance between Holly and Ty is a heart-warming tale. Ty is an honorable and caring man but the temptation that assails him while treating Holly is a poignant piece of writing. His internal struggle and self-inspection is an authentic and understandable response. I empathized with the man. What would another, or any man have done in that situation? Holly had issues of her own, which are laid bare and discussed between them. The entire encounter was an emotional and growing experience for both of them. The fact that Ty would have to leave to contact his Team was another turning point for Holly. The epilogue was a little underwhelming but I was okay with it. I enjoyed the story very much and would recommend this one.

Better!

The first two books in this series were difficult to get through but I’m glad I stuck it out. This installment was far better than the last two. The dialogue in these is sometimes cringeworthy but fortunately the author avoided the TSTL h this time around.

Best so far

This has been the best book of this series so far. The story was interesting from start to finish & the narration was easy to listen to. The 1st two books were hit & miss. Looking forward to books yet to come.

Thoroughly enjoyed

I’ve enjoyed the series and I like the fast lines but I have an always enjoyed the story lines of making the women seem like total fools. I enjoyed this book much more and look forward to the next.

A must read series

This is my second read in your Seal Extreme Team series. I have enjoyed the two storylines I have read. They have been very interesting and well written. I look forward to reading more of them. Narrator Noah Michael Levine is articulate and a good voice.

Good story, flat ending.

I enjoyed the book, but was disappointed with the end - missed some action. I waited for the fight that never came.
