I love guided meditations
I use guided meditations much like I used to use wine...every night, pretty much...and for the same reasons. This one is very good and I like the upbeat beginning tempo. It takes me forever to listen all the way through because I always fall asleep, but so far so good.

Must listen to!
Short - His british voice is soothing. I am glad that I purchased this audible. There has been a significant improvement on my outlook. The best time to listen is when lying down with no distractions. I rank him at tops with Bernie Siegel. Do yourself a favor and give him a try!

Wonderful, relaxing & an easy listen
Over the years I have listened to many (very many!) self hypnosis and motivational tapes. None of them had the qualities of this audiobook. Glenn Harrold has a very pleasant English accent and is really very easy to listen to. I found myself extremely relaxed and wonderfully refreshed. Well worth the money!!

Wow!! A truly unique and special audible self-confidence guide.
I have listened to a lot of audible self-confidence in my time, all were good but not productive as this " Unleash Your True Potential." In just a few sessions, I feel so look much better, and have a much lighter train of thought s that is positive and healthy. Thank you Glenn and team for your excellence.

Good stuff
I have several Harrold recordings, but this one is by far my favorite. After a single session with it I feel better, life feels better, and ability seems more accomplished. It borders on (only borders) magic. I recommend this one to anyone.

Unleash Your True Potential
This is amazing for those of us who can't "shut off" at the end of a day. I enjoy listening to this right before bed. Great for relaxation, and as far as working the way it's supposed too?...I can't really say. I feel that something has changed in the way I interact with others; For example, I'm not so reserved in showing knowledge where before I would have just held my tongue, and vice versa. Lots of little differences have turned up in my daily life. I would suggest just using this recording to see where it may give you a boost! Great stuff.

Great stuff
Would you listen to Unleash Your True Potential again? Why?
I truly enjoyed Glenn Harrold's book. I wasn't looking for a miracle but I was looking for the type of realistic hypnosis that would help me and keep me in the state of mind that I was searching for. I thought his words were very powerful and voice was good. I found it very relaxing and it kept me in a meditative state. I highly recommend this audio tape.

This was Excellent!
I have listened and found helpful other hypnotheraphy sessions but this was just great! I rose from these two sessions feeling confident I could do anything I set my mind to do. I'm sure after listening a few more times my self conscious will accept these suggestions as truth. Highly recommended. In fact I'm off to see what other areas he can help me with.

I use daily
Helps me fall asleep or relax. Works every time. I even use on the kids when I want them to fall asleep fast. I know that is not the intention but I know I still get hypnotic benefits of some kind.
