I listen to this audio at night while I'm sleeping so it will be sure to get into my subconscious. I like the subliminal messaging some you can hear and some you cannot it's just music but I still don't mind that. I would definitely recommend this it's probably one of the best subliminal messaging tools I've encountered have fun with it. The good thing about this is that I can keep listening to it at night while I sleep it's really relaxing as well.

I'm not the most motivated person on the planet and Mondays are hard for me. And Wednesdays? Full on procrastination, just looking at the clock at work wondering why it's not Friday yet. Sometimes I realize that I'm wishing my life away instead of getting excited about being alive and having opportunities. Perspective and habits are so extremely important, I suppose they can't be stressed enough. Great program!
