Great Self Help Book
There is a lot of information in this book. You will need to listen to it many times. The author covers many topics, meditation, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, etc. I listened one time through and am going to restart it to concentrate on one objective at a time. I look forward to my more positive journey! I was gifted a copy of the audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

An Enlightening Listen
This is an excellent book for those who are wanting to change their beliefs but are not sure how. Once again Thibaut Meurisse shows the way to do just that without being judgmental or preachy. He tells it as it is and uses layman terms so everyone can understand and benefit. I personally know my beliefs, which go against what society tries to "program" us all to believe, and know that what Mr. Meurisse says is so true. We are made to believe that changing our "programming" is bad and will cause all sorts of problems but this simply is not true. If you are seriously wanting to know if your beliefs truly fit you or already know and want help guiding you to embracing your true beliefs then this is a book you must get! Another job well done Mr. Meurisse!!

I'M READY TO UPGRADE!
I loved this! Very insightful, unique, and educational, I really enjoyed it. I found it very useful, and really am glad to have listened to it. I really liked the material, and the narrator. If you want to better yourself, learn techniques that will assist in this, I'd definitely recommend it. It's amazing what we can train (or re-train) our minds to do. This will give you a better understanding of why we do the things we do, and what we can do to change it :)
