I like the series still, it’s simple fun, doesn’t take itself too seriously, characters are fun. But suddenly half the time is spent on POV’s that are NOT Brownstone. I like Trey and all, but I don’t really care what he does on a day to day basis. Or Trey’s aunt, or Tyler Or Lt. Hall. Or other random characters. I don’t know why series always do this. I guess some readers get bored and want more ancillary character development. I just get bored by side stories.
