Hey, I really enjoyed this one. Loved hearing about all the family members from other books and I always love a story with kids involved. His devotion was pretty sweet and I don't always love an internal struggle but hers was just right. 5 stars.

I am really enjoying this series about the Lund family, stories with an interesting mix of family drama, friendship and mature non-violent romance.

Thankfully Jensen Lund was a confident, secure man who liked strong, independent women - no alpha jerks or boring wimps allowed. Single mom Rowan was struggling to juggle work and family commitments but she wasn't passively waiting for a man to rescue her.

As always, my favorite character was Jensen's outspoken mother who devoted her time and money to charitable projects when she wasn't encouraging her grown children to make the most of their lives.

Thank you Ms. James for creating a series featuring a rich family that values giving to others more than conspicuous consumption; successful men who admire strong women, and independent women who don't take shit from anyone.

Three dimensional well developed characters. Real life angst. What happens when a single mom cheerleader and an all star football player fall in love. Even when the other person checks the ‘never will I ever’ boxes. Plus there’s a no fraternization policy and a 7 year old to complicate things.

I’m so sad this series is over. There’s other characters and lose ends Lorelei James could write about. Read one of these books and you’ll want to read all of them so you might as well read them in order.

This was such a cute story and I LOVED Jensen. He was so sweet and romantic! Rowen was fantastic as well! The narrators did a great job except the male narrator voicing females was a little cringe-y, but did not take away from the story

She a single mom working 2 jobs and he’s a bachelor ready for a change. Their team contracts forbid them from Fraternizing. Only one obstacle. The kid is cute and The story has a realistic message about unequal application of rules for men and women. Jensen is a keeper and the story is a sweet romance. The rest of the Lunds make some appearances but the biggest star is Mom Selka Again. Good narration and a perfect fit for the Escape Package.
